Get ready for touchdowns, teamwork, and tons of fun with the new Flag Football League at the YMCA of Southern WV! Perfect for beginners and experienced players, our co-ed league teaches essential skills like passing, route-running, and defense in a positive, non-contact environment, focusing on sportsmanship, confidence, and making new friends, with every player getting equal playing time for an unforgettable season.

2026 Flag Football – 4 Division Age Matrix

Player must be within the listed age range on or before April 13, 2026 to be eligible for the division.  Using the chart below, select the division that corresponds with the registering childs birthdate.

**Non Members registering online must sign up for a “Program Participant Only – $0” Membership from the membership page.  **
