YMCA Afterschool Care is open to children in kindergarten through fifth grade who need supervision until their parents can pick them up once school lets out. The program is designed to offer homework help; fun, exciting activities; snacks; and play time in an innovative, safe environment that promotes a healthy spirit, mind and body for all. Afterschool care is held on-site at your school by Y staff, all of who are certified educators in the School System. Our staff will carefully guide your child through each part of the days curriculum and will provide encouragement and coaching as needed.

REGISTRATION INFORMATION

Registration is first come, first serve as occupancy is limited. As a reminder, each school year requires a new registration.

Registration is required prior to the first day of  before/after school attendance.  Children may NOT be left in the program if registration has not been completed online.  Upon registering you will receive an email confirmation with the parent handbook.  If you need a hard copy, you can register at the YMCA and pick up your handbook at the Welcome Center Desk. You will also receive an email showing you have registered your child, this may be required to be shown at the school site on the first day you attend.

PRICING

Registration – One time annual fee per child $0 Members / $10 Non-Member Program Participant

Beforeschool – 1 hour before your school opens $5 per child/day

Afterschool – from school dismissal to 6pm $12 per child/day

Late pick-ups will be billed $15 for the first 15 minutes and an extra $5 for each minute after.  Failure to pickup on time may result in expulsion from the program.

Payments may only be made via online accounts and will be auto-drafted weekly for attendance that has been unpaid.

Programs and Memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable.
